संदर्भ तथा प्रसंग - महाकवि सूरदास द्वारा रचित सूरसागर के भ्रमरगीत प्रसंग से यह पद लिया गया है । इस पद में योग संदेश देने आए उद्धव को गोपियां कृष्ण के प्रति अपने प्रेम का उलाहना दे रही है, उनका कहना है कि श्री कृष्ण ने राजनीति सीख ली है और उसी का प्रयोग हमें योग संदेश देकर कर रहे हैं।

व्याख्या -
कृष्ण के द्वारा भेजे गए उद्धव के मुख से योग संदेश सुनकर गोपियां कह रही है कि श्री कृष्ण पहले से ही बहुत चतुर है ऊपर से अपने गुरु से राजनीति भी सीख ली है और उसका प्रयोग यह हम पर कर रहे हैं।
आगे गोपियां व्यंग्य करते हुए कहती है कि उनकी बुद्धि इतनी बड़ी हो गई है कि हम युवतियों को वह योग साधना का संदेश भिजवा रहे हैं अर्थात वह बुद्धिमान न होकर मूर्ख है क्योंकि कोई मूर्ख ही प्रेमी युवतियों के लिए योग साधना को उचित मान सकता है बुद्धिमान नहीं।
आगे गोपियां उद्धव जी की तरफ व्यंग करते हुए कहती है कि है सखी ! हम जानते हैं कि इनकी बुद्धि बहुत बड़ी हो गई है यानी इनकी सोच बहुत बड़ी हो गई है जो हम युवतियों को जोग एवं ज्ञान का पाठ पढ़ाने के लिए उद्धव जी को भेजा है।
पहले के जमाने के लोग दूसरों के हितों के लिए बोलते फिरते थे और उद्धव जी आजकल के हैं जो कि हमारे दुख को बढ़ाने आए हैं हमें तकलीफ देने आए हैं योग साधना का संदेश लेकर। अब यहां यह सोच कर आए हैं कि हमारे मन को बदल देंगे ।
कृष्णा हमारे मन को चुरा कर ले गए थे उसे लौटा दें।
आगे गोपिया कहती है कि श्री कृष्ण जो कि दूसरों का भला करते हैं वह हमारे साथ अन्याय कैसे कर सकते हैं।
राजधर्म तो यही कहता है कि अपनी प्रजा को दुख तकलीफ ना देकर उनके सभी समस्याओं को दूर करें।
विशेष -
1 पद में गेयता है एवं ब्रजभाषा का बड़ा ही सुंदरता से प्रयोग हुआ है।
2. रूपक अलंकार का प्रयोग हुआ है।
3. गोपियों का वाक् चातुर्य सूरदास जी ने बड़े ही खूबसूरत ढंग से किया है।

Context - This verse has been taken from the Bhramargeet context of Sursagar composed by great poet Surdas.
In this post, the gopis are complaining about their love for Krishna to Uddhav who came to give the message of yoga, they say that Shri Krishna has learned politics and is using the same by giving us the message of yoga.

After listening to the yoga message sent by Krishna from the mouth of Uddhav, the gopis are saying that Shri Krishna is already very clever, he has also learned politics from his Guru and is using it on us.
Further, Gopia sarcastically says that his intelligence has become so great that we are sending the message of yoga practice to the girls, that is, he is a fool instead of being intelligent, because only a fool can consider yoga practice appropriate for loving girls.
The people of earlier times used to speak for the welfare of others and Uddhav ji is of today who has come to increase our sorrows, has come to trouble us with the message of Yoga Sadhana. Now we have come here thinking that we will change our mind.
Krishna had stolen our heart return it.
Further Gopia says that how can Shri Krishna who does good to others do injustice to us.
Rajdharma only says that by not giving pain and suffering to your subjects, remove all their problems.
